1. Event Planning & Coordination

• Develop and execute event plans aligned with the company’s goals.
• Draft proposals for senior leadership approval.
• Write event run-downs and MC scripts.
• Build detailed timelines and task checklists for the team.
• Coordinate closely with relevant departments (Editorial, Marketing, Sales, Design, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
• Deliver sponsor benefits as committed.
• Ideate and produce key event materials: printed POSM, key visuals, and presentation clips.
• Take care of speakers, moderators, sponsors, and other VIPs.
• Monitor event budgets and ensure alignment with approved financial plans.
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors and service providers.

2. Event Staffing & On-site Personnel Management

• Recruit and train volunteers to support event operations.
• Assign and manage internal event staff.
• Coordinate with technical teams and outsourced personnel during event setup and execution.

Maintain customer databases and oversee event-related facilities and logistics.

Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
