• To responsible for daily overall activities in QA department
• To handle the incidents about quality of raw materials and finished goods.
• To responsible for supervising and checking samples, issue the goods quality
• To supervise and inspect of quality of goods during production, ask for doing corrective actions, prevent the incidents in production which is affected to quality of goods.
• To maintain Quality management system of Company such as ISO, Kaizen improvement, 5S,…
• To follow customers complain and define their reactions which is related to quality of goods
• To ensure that all equipments and measuring tools always under maintenance and well operation, and timely calibration
• To mobilize and co-ordinate the team who works with other departments to complete the assignment.
• To plan and implement the calibration and controlling of all equipments in Company.
• Support to recruit QC staff, Lab staff and train, evaluate and manage them. Supervise the work of technicians and operators.
• Other jobs assigned by Management Board

• Bachelor graduated in Chemical Technology or related
• Having experience in plastic production, 3 years experience in Supervisor or Manager .
• Very good in, planning, communication and well presentable, proactive, tender, team work
• Understand the operation principles of industrial system in plant.
• Open and positive thinking, good in communication and team work
• Good healthy
