• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Create a positive customer experience by offering a high level of service.
• Resolve complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner

• Monitor labor and product expenses to remain within budget and business gold

• Previous experience in a management role at high-class restaurants (fine dining, VIP banquet…)
• Exceptional leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and courteous demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and analytical skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
• Experience with financial management and budgeting
• College degree or equivalent
